Journey of Quilting

Mug Rug {swap}

I joined a mug rug swap earlier this year and with my package safely en route overseas, I figured it was OK to post the details. I really enjoyed making this for my partner and I also can't wait to see what shows up in my mailbox.

I used my GO! Baby cutter to cut the flying geese units and it could not have been easier. I see a quilt of flying geese in my future for sure.

This is the last of my Farmdale fabric *sniff* but I'm happy to share it with my partner. I added my usual pocket and stuffed it with a yard of Riley Blake pom poms. There might be a few other goodies included too... ;)

I machine bound it using my tutorial...

And BTW, both of my Yahoo email addresses {That Girl and my personal email} were hacked. If you have commented on my blog, chances are pretty good that you got a spam email from me last night. If you did, don't open it... well, unless you are interested in Viagra and other prescription drugs CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!

Ugh, really? I wish people would find better things to do with their time like quilting or being creative. My email accounts are so messed up that I'm probably going to have to get new addresses. If you are emailing me, I promise I'm not ignoring you; it just might take me a little time to get to the email since I can't even get my accounts to load into my iPhone anymore. :(

Happy Fabric Tuesday!!
