and besides crisp lettuce, leeks are ready and delicious!!

even some Calcium at 5% along with 10% Iron
all in leeks...
sauteed quickly with some mushrooms in olive oil...
just to where the leeks get softened
serve with rice, roasted potatoes and (optional) strips of beef from the roast you had the night before...
