Wow!
the response on this farm style centerpiece has been overwhelming (but I can take it;)
wanted to post it for you all who wanted to know 'specifics'
Here's what I used: all from my potager ~ large purple cabbage leaves ~ autumn joy sedum ~ golden rod ~ sage (the herb) ~ green cabbage leaves
~ blue morning glories (put in those little viles to keep fresh — they wilt something fierce!)
work with what you have! I totally forgot to add hydrangeas... and black eyed susans... totally slipped my mind... go figure.
